Business and decisions related to Entrepreneurship
are more about gut feelings. After learning so many things about entrepreneurship one can easily come to know that, each entrepreneur take some and the other decision on intuitions. In fact decisions taken because of gut feeling eventually turnout to be very good decisions.
"The Alchemist
" is all about Dreams, Symbols, Signs and adventures. It is the story of Santiago, the boy who had dream and the courage to follow it. This books has story about Santiago who believe in his dream and manage to find out the treasure which he wanted to.
Though 'The Alchemist
" is more like a novel, it can be relate with managerial or entrepreneurial kind of mind set. Book describes the path, various kind of mind set and one saying which is not in a book acutally "If you have dream to achieve something then you have courage to go beyond your horizon to get it, after a time the whole universe will start following your dream and help you to achieve it."
"The Alchemist
", is the novel that burst with an optimism, which tells everything is possible as long as you really want it to happen. Its a simplified version of new-age philosophy and mysticism, and the author PAULO COELHO says also "Simple things are the most valuable and only wise people can appreciate them."
Reading this book sure shot adds value in the way one thinks.

"Less Is MoreThis book provides the different prospective on productivity than one typically learns in MBA or other such programs. This book simply illustrates the concept "Cut of the Fat" and make company work on simple principals. Author insists with various real life examples of big companies; to reduce cost for the management team, communications, organizational structure, decision making, internal processes, analytics/measurements, education/training, and finance etc. or where ever possible.
"Less Is More" shows that with example of some managers in successful companies who take efforts to implement non traditional (very precisely: unorthodox) approaches towards restructuring their organization, their teams, their processes, production methods to name but few.

Does school prepare children for the real world? "Study hard and get good grades and you will find a high-paying job with great benefits," my parents used to say. Their goal in life was to provide a college education for my older sister and me, so that we would have the greatest chance for success in life.... This is how the "Rich Dad Poor Dad" books starts with.
- What is the difference in the world view and attitude of people who become rich compared to other people?
- What things do they do differently to have such different results in their lives?
This is very true, every one work for the happy life, but some of us succeeded in big way to earn money, being more happy and being able to do what they want to do in their life without compromising on living standards. There is a big difference between middle class thinking and rich class thinking about money. In "Rich Dad Poor Dad" this difference of thinking is very well described. Because the author him self has managed to come out of middle class and make his path to live the way he wants, his experiences and learning teaches well in this book.

"Stay Hungry Stay Foolish"
"Stay Hungry Stay Foolish
" is One of the Best Book I have ever read on the topic of Entrepreneurship. This book actually gave me inside out of management and the kind of thinking involved by each entrepreneur to handle and solve the problem and tackle the situation. Its not money but it is some internal force to do something different which drives entrepreneurs.
All theory I learned in Management school is okay, but after reading "Stay Hungry Stay Foolish
" book I realized that each entrepreneur is different. Though the final result may look same, each one is motivated in different manner by different situations and different kinds of thinking. The only thing which keep entrepreneurs moving is their basic instinct of innovation to keep things rolling. Its more of social traits, "Stay Hungry Stay Foolish" has interviews of 25 IIMA graduates which also shows the kind of work done by Authors "Rashmi Bansal". Each entrepreneur in the book if wanted would have got a good salaried job, but to choose the entrepreneurship path each entrepreneur is motivated with some story or situation or some thirst to do something different.
